Hotel availability alerts: frequently asked questions

Is Hotelert free to use?

Hotel searches and saved alerts are free. You pay for your hotel reservation directly with the booking provider, under its prices and terms.

Which booking site does Hotelert search?

Hotelert currently displays Booking.com hotel offers. Availability shown by one provider may differ from the hotel’s own website or other booking sites.

Can a sold-out hotel become available again?

Rooms can reappear when guests cancel or a hotel releases more inventory. Dates far in the future may also become bookable later. None of these changes is guaranteed.

Does saving an alert reserve a room?

No. An alert does not hold a room or make a booking. Always confirm the dates, guests, price and cancellation terms with the provider before completing your reservation.
